PHASED ARRAY ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTION METHOD FOR FINGER JOINT
To provide a method capable of accurately detecting a crack of a finger joint in a short period.SOLUTION: A rack 10 extending in a width direction of a bridge girder is installed at a finger base of a finger joint provided at the bridge girder. While a traveling carriage 11 at which phased array ultrasonic probes 23 held by sled-type probe holders 19 are mounted is made travel on the rack 10, a crack generated at the finger base of the finger joint is detected. The phased array ultrasonic probes 23 are preferably mounted at both sides between which the rack 10 of the travelling carriage 11 is sandwiched.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】フィンガージョイントのき裂を、短時間で精度よく探傷することができる方法を提供する。【解決手段】橋桁に設けられたフィンガージョイントの基部に橋桁の幅方向に延びるラック10を装着し、ソリ型プローブホルダ19に保持されたフェーズドアレイ超音波探触子23を搭載した走行台車11をこのラック10上で走行させながら、フィンガージョイントのフィンガー基部に発生するき裂を探傷する。走行台車のラックを挟んだ両側にフェーズドアレイ超音波探触子を搭載することが好ましい。【選択図】図2
