REPLACEMENT METHOD OF FLUID EQUIPMENT AND EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT JIG
To efficiently and easily perform a replacement work from existing fluid equipment to new fluid equipment with a small number of tools and steps.SOLUTION: A replacement method of fluid equipment includes the steps for: externally mounting new fluid equipment 5 movably operable in a pipe axial direction in a temporary installation region adjacent to an equipment installation region of a fluid pipe 1; loosening fastening/fixing of existing fluid equipment 3 to a state in which the existing fluid equipment 3 can be moved and operated in the pipe axial direction; moving and operating the existing fluid equipment 3 and the new fluid equipment 5 in the same direction to the fluid pipe 1, so that the existing fluid equipment 3 in an equipment installation region 1A is moved to the outside of the equipment installation region through a branch port 2 of the fluid pipe, and the new fluid equipment 5 in a temporary installation region 1B is moved to the equipment installation region 1A over the branch port 2; fastening and fixing the new fluid equipment 5 to the fluid pipe 1; and removing the existing fluid equipment 3 from the fluid pipe.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
