To miniaturize a device by using a solar cell as a power source.SOLUTION: A window monitoring device is constituted of a window open/close detector 14, and a sticker sheet 20 that functions as an external power supply device. The sticker sheet 20 is attached to window glass 11a in the vicinity of the window open/close detector 14, and is a sheet-like stacked structure in which at least a solar cell layer which receives external light to generate electricity, and a secondary battery layer which stores the electric power generated by the solar cell layer and supplies power to the window open/close detector 14 are stacked. Further, in front of the solar cell layer in the stacked structure, an adhesive layer for attaching the sticker sheet to the window glass; a display layer on which predetermined security information is printed; and a lighting layer that illuminates the display layer by receiving power from a next battery layer are stacked.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
