To provide a technology that allows easy replacement of a window frame for a window device.SOLUTION: A window device includes: an outer window 32 having an outer window frame 36 installed in a building opening and an outer window panel 38 located on the inner peripheral side of the outer window frame 36 and supported by the outer window frame 36; and a frame unit 34A having an inner window frame 62 that is removably attached to the outer window frame 36 from an indoor space. In place of an existing frame unit 34A, a new frame unit 34B can be installed on the outer window frame 36 from the indoor space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
