To make it possible to install a fence in a wide region by a small number of fence fitting devices.SOLUTION: A fence fitting device 20 is intended to install a first fence 19 and a second fence 19 around a belt conveyor apparatus 1. The belt conveyor apparatus 1 includes a conveyor frame 13 to support a belt conveyor 4. The fence fitting device 20 includes a first support frame 21 to support the first fence 19, a fixing device 22 to fix the first support frame 21 to the conveyor frame 13, and a second support frame 46 that is fitted to the first support frame 21 and supports the second fence 19. The first support frame 21 includes a plurality of fence support points (first fitting holes 36) on a linear locus L.
