REPAIRED ROOF STRUCTURE AND ROOF REPAIR METHOD
To provide a repaired roof structure capable of preventing intrusion of rainwater from a place where an intrusion port of rainwater is difficult to find and leakage of rainwater due to the intrusion, and preventing the peeling of a repaired member by wind and rain.SOLUTION: In a repaired roof structure in which an existing roof 13 such as a slate roof and a galvanized iron roof is repaired by a cover construction method using a roof member for repair, a repairing roof member 22 includes: a plurality of roof covers 16 laid and fixed on substantially the entire surface of the existing roof 13; an edge cover 19 covering an edge part of an outer peripheral edge of a roof to which the roof cover is fixed and pressing and fixing an edge part of the roof cover; a waterproof coating film 20 in which the entire roof cover 16 and edge cover 19 are coated with waterproof paint and waterproofed; and a decorative coating film 21 in which decorative coating is applied to the surface of the waterproof coating film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】雨水の侵入口が見つけ難い箇所からの雨水の侵入、これによる雨漏りを防止し、また改修部材が風雨によって剥がれるのを阻止できる改修屋根構造。【解決手段】スレート屋根やトタン屋根などの既設屋根１３を、改修用屋根部材を用いてカバー工法により改修した改修屋根構造において、改修用屋根部材２２は、既設屋根１３の略全面に敷設・固定した複数枚の屋根カバー１６と、屋根カバーを固定した屋根の外周端縁のエッジ部を覆って屋根カバーの端縁部を押さえ固定したエッジカバー１９と、屋根カバー１６及びエッジカバー１９の全体に防水塗料を塗布し防水処理した防水塗装膜２０と、さらに防水塗装膜面に化粧塗料を塗布した化粧塗装膜２１と、を含んでいる。【選択図】図１
