To provide a wooden structural material with a large cross section which can shorten a manufacturing time and can also reduce cost.SOLUTION: In a wooden structural material 1 in which a plurality of wooden members 2, 2... having cross sections perpendicular to a material axis direction formed into predetermined shapes are joined to each other by a joint component 3 and are formed so as to have a cross section larger than the cross section of one wooden member, the joint component 3 includes a flat plate part 31 and a nail function part 32 that projects from both of plate surfaces of the flat plate part by cutting and raising a part of the flat plate part 31, and has a sharp tip, the nail function part 32 projecting from one plate surface of the flat plate part 31 pierces the one wooden member, the one plate surface of the flat plate part 31 and a surface 2a in the material axis direction of the one wooden member 2 are brought into contact with each other, the nail function part 32 projecting from the other plate surface of the flat plate part 31 pierces the other wooden member 2, and the other plate surface of the flat plate part 31 and the surface 2a in the material axis direction of the other wooden member 2 are brought into contact with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造時間を短縮できるとともにコストを削減できる大断面の木質構造材等を提供する。【解決手段】材軸方向と直交する断面が所定の形状に形成された複数の木製部材2,2…が接合部品3により接合されて1つの木製部材の断面よりも大きい断面を持つように形成された木質構造材1であって、接合部品3は、平板部31と、平板部31の一部が切起こされることによって平板部の両方の板面より突出して先端が鋭利な釘機能部32とを備え、平板部31の一方の板面より突出する釘機能部32が一方の木製部材に刺さって平板部31の一方の板面と一方の木製部材2の材軸方向に沿った面2aとが接触するとともに、平板部31の他方の板面より突出する釘機能部32が他方の木製部材2に刺さって平板部31の他方の板面と他方の木製部材2の材軸方向に沿った面2aとが接触した構成とした。【選択図】図1
