To provide a column base securing structure, a building, and a construction method for column base securing structures that secure the strength for fixing column bases on a foundation by simplifying the structure of a formwork for forming an insertion hole that is provided in the foundation for the insertion of a column base, and that can facilitate construction of column base securing structures.SOLUTION: The column base securing structure comprises: a formwork that surrounds a lower end of a column base; and a foundation that is installed around the formwork. The formwork includes: a partition member that has a hole communicating with the inside and outside of the formwork, and surrounds the sides of the lower end of the column base; and a structural member that supports the partition member. A gap between the lower end of the column base and the formwork is filled with a filler.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
