To provide a hazardous material storage house which allows a temperature control in the storage house and is suitable for quality management of the hazardous material.SOLUTION: The hazardous material storage house for storing the hazardous material defined by a fire protection law comprises a first compartment for storing the hazardous material and a second compartment adjacent to the first compartment with a partition wall therebetween, and the second compartment is disposed so that it can be ventilated to the first compartment via a ventilation port provided at the partition wall and accommodates an indoor heat exchanger for circulating a coolant with an outdoor heat exchanger installed outside and a fan for sending air from the indoor heat exchanger to the first compartment via the ventilation port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
