To provide an intrusion prevention device capable of opening a door and further easily preventing an unintended visitor from intruding.SOLUTION: An intrusion prevention device 1, which is installed on the indoor side of an entrance door d and whose state can be changed between a use state and a standby state, includes an intrusion prevention section 10 and a base section 11 supporting the intrusion prevention section 10 in a vertical direction. The intrusion prevention section 10 has a first member 101 extending in a substantially horizontal direction to prevent an intrusion from outdoor side in the use state, and a second member 102 with one end journaled to the base section 11 and the other end journaled to the first member 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
