To provide a net holder in which a net can be stretched in a gap between a solar panel and the solar panel.SOLUTION: A net holder includes: an installation base piece 10 having a sheet metal piece 5 capable of being freely folded or curved by imparting manual force, an adhesive layer 7 stacked to the back side 6 of the sheet metal piece 5, and a peeling piece 9 releasably stacked to the back side 8 of the adhesive layer 7; and a metal rod 11 comprising a base part 13 fixed to a surface 12 of the installation base piece 10, and a straight part 14 extended from the base part 13. A washer with an internal claw capable of being externally fitted freely is included in the straight part 14 of the metal rod 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
