To improve the settlement of a pipe according to the slab thickness while suppressing the cost increase and facilitate the construction management in a drain pipe structure provided in a lowermost floor slab.SOLUTION: There is provided a drain pipe structure 1 to be installed in a lowermost floor slab 20, comprising: an assembly joint 2 having a branch pipe connection portion 8 connectable to a lateral branch pipe 23 arranged above the lowermost floor slab 20 and a cylindrical lower connection portion extending downward; a curved tubular leg joint 5 connected to a horizontal main pipe 21; a connection vertical pipe 3 buried in the lowermost floor slab 20 and having a lower end connected to the leg joint 5; and a connecting joint 4 buried in the lowermost floor slab 20 and connecting the assembly joint 2 and the connecting vertical pipe 3. The outer diameter of the connecting vertical pipe 3 is smaller than the outer diameter of the lower connecting part of the assembly joint 2. The assembly joint 2 and the connecting joint 4 are connected at a position embedded in the lowermost floor slab 20, and a heat-expandable sheet is wound around the connecting joint 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
