To provide a work scaffold having a simple structure that can be quickly assembled, and a flange installation member used for the work scaffold.SOLUTION: A work scaffold installed on a steel main girder that constitutes a bridge and has a scaffold plate and a support frame that supports the scaffold plate includes: a bridge axial member in which the support frame extends in the bridge axial direction; and a flange installation member installed on the lower flange of the main girder. A connection member is installed at the end of the bridge axial member and a plurality of connection tools to be connected to the connection member are installed on the flange installation member. The plurality of the connection tools are arranged in the bridge axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
