To provide a lock receiver and a fixture that can suppress rattling.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a lock receiver 9 that can engage a hook lock 8 having a hook portion 81, wherein the lock receiver 9 has: a front plate 91 which has a hook insertion opening portion 911 into which the hook portion 81 is inserted; a cover member 92 which is arranged on a back side of the front plate 91 to cover the back side of the front plate 91; an engagement member 93 which is arranged inside the cover member 92 so that the hook portion 81 inserted through the hook insertion opening portion 911 can engage it, and is movable in a thickness direction T of the front plate 91; and an adjusting screw member 94 which can adjust a position of the engagement member 93 in the thickness direction T of the front plate 91.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
