To prevent a situation in which an engagement state and a non-engagement state are carelessly switched regardless of the posture of a lock device when installing the same.SOLUTION: An operating member 62 is movable between a non-operating position and an operating position with respect to an operating unit body 61 fixed to a door frame 14, and the operating unit body 61 has a concave portion 61a capable of accommodating the operating member 62 placed at the non-operating position. By restricting the movement of the operating member 62 to the operating position when the same is housed in a recess 61a, a hook member 50 and a lock pin 40 are maintained in an engagement state, a rotation restricting member 100 having an elastic piece portion 102 provided with a locking protrusion 103 is attached to the operating unit body 61, and a locking hole portion 91b is provided in a transmission lever 91. When the operating member 62 is placed at the operating position, the locking protrusion 103 and the locking hole portion 91b engage with each other with the biasing force of the elastic piece portion 102, so that the non-engagement state between the hook member 50 and the lock pin 40 is maintained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
