PUMP GATE
To provide a pump gate that reduces a load on a gate that is caused by the centroid movement of lifting/lowering members, and that can improve the water-tightness of the gate using a simple gate structure.SOLUTION: The pump gate guides a door body, a connection pipe, and a submerged pump as lifted/lowered members using a lifting/lowering device so that these members can be lifted and lowered. The pump gate comprises: the door body with an opening through which an upstream side and a downstream side communicate with each other; a connection pipe that is fixed at the opening on the upstream side of the door body; and a submerged pump that is connected to an upstream end of the connection pipe. The connection pipe has a hanging ring provided with a communication hole on a centroid in an axial direction of the lifted/lowered members, and enables the lifted/lowered members to be lifted and lowered smoothly, as well as, weight of the respective components to be reduced lightweight, and a construction period to be reduced because strength of a channel foundation and a concrete skeleton can be lower than that for conventional pump gates.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 昇降部材の重心移動によるゲートへの負荷を軽減し、且つ、簡素なゲート構造でゲートの水密性を高めることを可能としたポンプゲートを提供する。【解決手段】 扉体と連結管と水中ポンプを昇降部材として昇降装置にて昇降自在に案内するポンプゲートにおいて、上流側と下流側を連通する開口を有する扉体と、扉体の上流側開口部に固定する連結管と、連結管の上流端に連結する水中ポンプとを備え、連結管は昇降部材の軸線方向の重心上に連通孔を設けた吊環を有するもので、昇降部材のスムーズな昇降が可能となるとともに、各構成要素が軽量化でき、水路の基礎やコンクリート躯体の強度も従来のポンプゲートより低く工期も短縮可能となる。【選択図】図1
