The present invention relates to a gate-pump which is a main component of a pump-mounted gate. The pump-mounted gate is designed to function as both a pump and a water gate at the same time by installing the gate pump on an existing water gate. According to the present invention, an intake port is mounted on one side of the gate-pump body; a discharge port is mounted on an other side of the gate-pump body; and an impeller hub, an impeller, and a wear ring are mounted inside the gate-pump body. The water from the intake port is able to rapidly flow to the discharge port.
본 발명은 펌프일체형수문의 주요한 구성요소인 게이트펌프(Gate-Pump)에 관한 것이다. 상기 펌프일체형수문은 기존 수로의 수문에 직접 게이트펌프를 설치하여 수문의 기능을 수행함과 동시에 펌프의 기능을 겸하도록 구성된다. 상기 게이트펌프는 일반적으로, 게이트펌프 본체의 일측에 흡입구가 형성되고 타측에는 토출구가 형성되며 게이트펌프 본체의 내부에 임펠러 허브, 임펠러, 웨어링 등이 내설되어도록 구성되어 있다. 상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 물은 토출구 측으로 빠르게 이송된다.
The present invention relates to a gate-pump which is a main component of a pump-mounted gate. The pump-mounted gate is designed to function as both a pump and a water gate at the same time by installing the gate pump on an existing water gate. 본 발명은 펌프일체형수문의 주요한 구성요소인 게이트펌프(Gate-Pump)에 관한 것이다. 상기 펌프일체형수문은 기존 수로의 수문에 직접 게이트펌프를 설치하여 수문의 기능을 수행함과 동시에 펌프의 기능을 겸하도록 구성된다. 상기 게이트펌프는 일반적으로, 게이트펌프 본체의 일측에 흡입구가 형성되고 타측에는 토출구가 형성되며 게이트펌프 본체의 내부에 임펠러 허브, 임펠러, 웨어링 등이 내설되어도록 구성되어 있다. 상기 흡입구로부터 흡입된 물은 토출구 측으로 빠르게 이송된다.
