CORROSION RESISTANCE WATER TANK
To provide a new corrosion resistance water tank which has good water stopping properties, can not only effectively prevent rust but also suppress adverse effects from vibration, and can achieve extremely good workability.SOLUTION: In metal panels constituting a corrosion resistance water tank, one joining flange part constituting an adjacent one metal panel and the other joining flange part constituting the other metal panel are joined each other by fastening bolts and nuts. An elastic waterproof material using rubber or resin as a raw material is interposed between the one joining flange part and the other joining flange part, and a waterproof material made of silicone resin is filled inside the corrosion resistance water tank between a base end of the one joining flange part and a base end of the other joining flange part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】良好な止水性を有し、錆の発生を有効に防止することができるばかりではなく、振動による悪影響も抑制することができ、且つ、極めて良好な作業性を図ることができる新規な耐蝕性貯水槽を提供する。【解決手段】耐蝕性貯水槽を構成する金属製パネルは、隣り合う一方の金属製パネルを構成する一方の接合用フランジ部と他方の金属製パネルを構成する他方の接合用フランジ部とは、ボルトとナットとの締結により互いに接合され、上記一方の接合用フランジ部と他方の接合用フランジ部との間にはゴム又は樹脂を素材とする弾性止水材が介在されてなるとともに、上記一方の接合用フランジ部の基端と他方の接合用フランジ部の基端との間であって、該耐蝕性貯水槽の内側には、シリコーン樹脂からなる止水材が充填されてなる。【選択図】 図４
