METHOD OF PLACING GROUT AT LOW TEMPERATURE
To provide a method of placing grout in which the placed grout exhibits sufficient strength in a low temperature environment in the refrigerating facility in use without giving any particular impact on the stock of the refrigerating facility.SOLUTION: At a construction site in an environment below a predetermined temperature, a casting range S is partitioned by a nonflammable formwork 6, a steel frame 4a, and an existing concrete beam 2b. Also, the formwork 6 and the steel frame 4a, which have a higher heat transfer rate than concrete, are used for at least a part of these members. Before placing the grout G, the inner surfaces of the formwork 6 and the steel frame 4a are heated to a heating temperature range Tz of 5°C or higher, which is higher than a predetermined temperature, by sheet heaters 8a and 8b attached to the outer surfaces of the form work 6 and the steel frame 4a. The inner surfaces of the formwork 6 and the steel frame 4a are heated to the heating temperature range Tz by the sheet heaters 8a and 8b during a period of 50% or more of a curing period L3, and the grout G is cured through the curing period L3 to have a predetermined strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】使用中の冷蔵施設での低温環境下で、冷蔵施設のストック物に特別な影響を与えずに、打設したグラウトが十分な強度を発現するグラウトの打設方法を提供する。【解決手段】所定温度未満の環境下の施工現場で、打設範囲Sを不燃性の型枠6、鉄骨枠4aおよび既設コンクリートの梁部2bにより区画した状態にするとともに、これら部材の少なくとも一部にコンクリートよりも熱伝熱率が高い型枠6および鉄骨枠4aを使用し、グラウトGを打設する前に、型枠6および鉄骨枠4aの外表面に取付けたシートヒータ8a、8bによって、型枠6および鉄骨枠4aの内表面を、所定温度よりも高温の5℃以上の加熱温度範囲Tzに加熱しておき、養生期間L3の50%以上の期間でシートヒータ8a、8bによって型枠6および鉄骨枠4aの内表面を加熱温度範囲Tzに加熱して、養生期間L3を経てグラウトGを硬化させて所定の強度を発現させる。【選択図】図4
