FORM FOR GROUT PLACING OF BASE OF STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION AND GROUT PLACING METHOD OF BASE OF STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION
A method of placing ground on a base of a steel frame construction comprises: a step of setting up plates around a base part of the steel frame construction to form a form in which the grout is to be placed; a step of fixating the plates with an elastic force of bent steel bars, while both ends of the steel bars press each of a pair of facing plates among the plates, to form a form; and a step of placing the grout on the completed form. Since the elastic force of the steel bars, instead of the nails, are used to fixate the form; an accident is able to be prevented during a construction process, a degradation of quality is able to be prevented, and a construction waste is able to be reduced.
철골 구조 기초 그라우트 타설 공법은, 상기 철골 구조의 기초 부분의 둘레에 판을 둘러 상기 그라우트가 타설될 거푸집의 틀을 형성하는 단계, 휘어진 형상의 철근의 양 단이 상기 판 중 마주보는 한쌍의 판 각각을 가압하도록 하면서 상기 철근의 탄성력으로 상기 판을 고정하여 거푸집을 형성하는 단계 및 완성된 상기 거푸집으로 상기 그라우트를 타설하는 단계를 포함한다.
