EXCAVATION DEVICE AND EXCAVATION METHOD
To provide an excavation device and an excavation method for burying a pile material more efficiently by reducing the resistance received from the ground when excavating the inside of the pile material.SOLUTION: An excavation device 30 that is placed inside a press-fitting pile and excavates the ground comprises: a drum cutter 32A provided with a plurality of bits 44 for excavating the ground at one end of a cylindrical member 42A; a drum cutter 32B provided with the plurality of bits 44 for excavating the ground at one end of a cylindrical member 42B having a diameter smaller than that of the cylindrical member 42A; and a planetary gear mechanism 34 that rotates the drum cutters 32A and 32B. The excavation device 30 does not excavate the ground on the entire inner surface of the press-fitting pile like an auger screw, but excavates the ground by the drum cutters 32A and 32B provided with the bit 44 that rotates in a cylindrical shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】杭材の内側を掘削する際に地盤から受ける抵抗をより小さくし、より効率良く杭材を埋設する、掘削装置及び掘削方法を提供する。【解決手段】圧入杭の内側に配置されて地盤を掘削する掘削装置30は、円筒部材42Aの一端に地盤を掘削する複数のビット44が設けられたドラムカッタ32A、円筒部材42Aに比べて径が小さい円筒部材42Bの一端に地盤を掘削する複数のビット44が設けられたドラムカッタ32B、及びドラムカッタ32A,32Bを回転させる遊星歯車機構34、を備える。この掘削装置30は、オーガスクリューのように圧入杭の内側全面の地盤を掘削するのではなく、円筒状に回転するビット44が設けられたドラムカッタ32A,32Bによって地盤を掘削する。【選択図】図2
