To provide the western-style toilet bowl device that can supply hand-washing water with excellent comfort to a hand-washing bowl.SOLUTION: The western-style toilet bowl device 1 comprises: a toilet seat heating unit 12 that heats a toilet seat and keeps toilet seat warm; a toilet seat temperature setting unit 34 that sets a toilet seat temperature for the toilet seat heating unit 12; a hand-washing bowl 21; hand washing water supply instruction means 35 that instructs supply of the hand-washing water to the hand washing-bowl 21; hand-washing water generating means 37 that determines a temperature of the hand-washing water supplied to the hand-washing bowl 21 in accordance with the toilet seat temperature set by the toilet seat temperature setting unit 34 to generate the hand-washing water having the temperature; and a control unit 30 that controls the supply of the hand-washing water to the hand-washing bowl 21 when the supply of the hand-washing water is instructed by the hand-washing water supply instruction means 35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
