CONNECTING MEMBER AND FRAME CONNECTING STRUCTURE
To provide a connecting member which allows the connecting work of frame members or the like to be easily performed.SOLUTION: A connecting member has a side face 13 in which a pair of screw insertion holes 15a, 15b insertable with a screw 40 is formed at opposite positions, and at least a pair of protrusive pieces 17a, 17b which is formed so as to be inclined toward a screw insertion region in an insertion direction of the screw in an internal space 16 which is formed in the side face. A clearance s between tips of a pair of the protrusive pieces is formed smaller than an outside diameter of a screw including a thread of the screw. To connect two members by using the connecting member, linearly pushing the screw into the connecting member advances the screw while elastically deforming the protrusive pieces with tips of the protrusive pieces intruding into a screw groove to be locked, thereby, a rigid connection state can be obtained. Since it is not necessary to turn the screw by using a tool such as an electric driver as before, even a young beginner and a woman who are not familiar with work can easily perform connection work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】枠部材同士などの連結作業を簡単に行うことができる連結部材を提供する。【解決手段】ネジ40を挿通可能な一対のネジ挿通孔15a,15bが対向位置に形成された側面13と、該側面の内部に形成される内部空間16においてネジ挿入領域に向けてネジの挿入方向に傾斜するように設けられる少なくとも一対の突片17a,17bとを有し、該一対の突片の先端同士の間隔sは、ネジのネジ山を含めたネジ外径より小さく形成された連結部材。この連結部材を用いて2部材を連結するには、ネジを直線的に押し込めば、突片を弾性変形させながら前進して、突片の先端がネジ溝に入り込んで係止され、強固な連結状態が得られる。従来のように電動ドライバーなどの工具を用いてネジを回す必要がないので、作業に不慣れな若年入職者や女性でも簡単に連結作業を行うことができる。【選択図】図5
