MEASUREMENT METHOD OF VERTICALITY OF COLUMN-SHAPED STRUCTURE
To provide a measurement method of verticality of a column-shaped structure performing measurement of the verticality in a short time and with high accuracy as well as in a continuous manner upon installing a steel pipe pile.SOLUTION: A measurement method includes: collecting three-dimensional point group data of a steel pipe pile continuously in fixed time intervals using one three-dimensional laser scanner 1; analyzing the three-dimensional point group data with a personal computer 2; estimating a three-dimensional shape of the steel pipe pile and its top part and its bottom part based on the three-dimensional coordinates produced through the three-dimensional point group data of the steel pipe pile and estimating a straight line connecting centers of each of circulars in horizontal sections by representing a three-dimensional shape of the steel pipe pile using eleven circulars in horizontal sections divided into ten between the top and bottom parts as a central axis of the steel pipe pile; calculating an oblique angle and an oblique direction to a vertical direction of the central axis; and measuring the verticality of the steel pipe pile.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼管杭建て込み時の鉛直度の計測を短時間にかつ高精度にしかも連続的に行う。【解決手段】本方法では、1台の3次元レーザスキャナー1を使用して、鋼管杭の3次元点群データを一定時間毎に継続的に採取し、この3次元点群データをパソコン2で解析して、鋼管杭の3次元点群データが持つ3次元座標をもとに鋼管杭の立体形状及びその上部及び下部を推定するとともに当該上下部間を10分割にして鋼管杭の立体形状を11の水平断面円形状で表して各水平断面円形状の中心を結ぶ直線を鋼管杭の中心軸と推定し、この中心軸の鉛直方向に対する傾斜角及び傾斜方向を算出して、鋼管杭の鉛直度を計測する。【選択図】図1
