To provide a lightweight and easy-to-move private room unit and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A box-shaped private room unit surrounded by a plurality of wall surfaces, includes synthetic resin cylindrical frames 10a and 10c arranged along a line of intersection between the wall surfaces, a cylindrical rib 30a that is constituted by joined synthetic resin pipes and connects the frame 10a and the frame 10c, and an outer plate 51 arranged outside the rib 30a and connected to the frames 10a, 10c and the rib 30a.
