Provided is a unit room for a plumbing facility which does not require a special skill of a constructor and can ensure reliable water tightness. The present invention is a unit room (1) which is for a plumbing facility, and can be assembled by joining a plurality of construction materials to each other in a watertight manner, the unit room being characterized by comprising, on a joining part to be joined with other construction material: a first construction material (2) in which a linear watertight adhesive layer (16) is formed; and a second construction material (4) including a joining part adhered to the first construction material in a watertight and re-adherable manner, wherein the watertight adhesive layer is configured such that when the first construction material and the second construction material are peeled off after the first construction material and the second construction material are once adhered via the watertight adhesive layer, the entirety of the watertight adhesive layer remains on the first construction material side.
La présente invention concerne une salle d'unité pour une installation de plomberie qui ne nécessite pas une compétence particulière d'un constructeur et peut assurer une étanchéité à l'eau fiable. La présente invention concerne une salle d'unité (1) qui est destinée à une installation de plomberie, et peut être assemblée par assemblage d'une pluralité de matériaux de construction les uns aux autres de manière étanche à l'eau, la salle d'unité étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend, sur une partie de jonction destinée à être assemblée à un autre matériau de construction : un premier matériau de construction (2) dans lequel une couche adhésive linéaire étanche à l'eau (16) est formée ; et un deuxième matériau de construction (4) comprenant une partie de jonction collée au premier matériau de construction d'une manière étanche à l'eau et recollable, la couche adhésive étanche à l'eau étant configurée de telle sorte que, lorsque le premier matériau de construction et le deuxième matériau de construction sont détachés après que le premier matériau de construction et le deuxième matériau de construction ont été collés une fois par l'intermédiaire de la couche adhésive étanche à l'eau, la totalité de la couche adhésive étanche à l'eau reste sur le côté du premier matériau de construction.
