To provide a hydraulic controller capable of securing hydraulic pressure of a work actuator to prevent an operating speed of a travel motor from being made too faster even in a configuration with a communication flow passage.SOLUTION: When a compound operation is being performed, a traveling straight valve 70 comprises a first flow passage 73a connected to a first pump 21, a second flow passage 73b connected to a second pump 22, and a communication flow passage 73c capable of communicating the first flow passage 73a and the second flow passage 73b. When the compound operation is performed and an operating state of an arm detected by an operating state sensor 87 is not included in an allowable range, a controller 90 narrows the communication flow passage 73c or shuts off the communication flow passage 73c as compared with a case where it is included in the allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
