GLASS CERAMIC SINTERED COMPACT AND WIRING BOARD
To provide a glass ceramic sintered compact which has a small dielectric loss in a high frequency band of 10 GHz or higher and whose characteristics are less likely to vary with a temperature change, and to provide a wiring board using the same.SOLUTION: The glass ceramic sintered compact contains crystallized glass, an alumina filler, silica, and strontium titanate. The content of the crystallized glass is 50-80 mass%, the content of the alumina filler is 15.6-31.2 mass% in terms of Al2O3, the content of the silica is 0.4-4.8 mass% in terms of SiO2, and the content of the strontium titanate is 4-14 mass% in terms of SrTiO3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】１０ＧＨｚ以上の高周波数帯域において誘電損失が小さく、なおかつ、温度変化に対して特性変動しにくいガラスセラミックス焼結体およびそれを用いた配線基板を提供すること。【解決手段】結晶化ガラス、アルミナフィラー、シリカおよびチタン酸ストロンチウムを含有するガラスセラミックス焼結体である。結晶化ガラスの含有量は、５０質量％〜８０質量％であり、アルミナフィラーの含有量は、Ａｌ２Ｏ３換算で１５．６質量％〜３１．２質量％であり、シリカの含有量は、ＳｉＯ２換算で０．４質量％〜４．８質量％であり、チタン酸ストロンチウムの含有量は、ＳｒＴｉＯ３換算で４質量％〜１４質量％である。【選択図】図２
