AGITATION DEVICE AND GROUND IMPROVEMENT METHOD OF PILE BURYING HOLE
To reduce construction cost by improving ground after removing buried piles to the same strength and rigidity as those of surrounding ground.SOLUTION: When a braking blades 78 are positioned in highly viscous sediment 42, the sediment 42 is agitated with multiple second rotary blades 62 of high rotation speed and multiple first rotary blades 76 of low rotation speed. When the braking blades 78 are positioned in low viscous slurry 44, even in a case where the rotation speeds of the first rotary blades 76 and the second rotary blades 62 coincide with each other, the sediment 42 is agitated by vertically moving an agitation device 46. The rotation of a hydraulic motor 1604 rotating the agitation device 46 is controlled such that the hydraulic pressure is kept at the vicinity of an upper limit and not exceeding the upper limit of an allowed range set to the hydraulic motor 1604, on the basis of a map prepared in advance corresponding to each of multiple kinds of sediment 42 having different properties and showing a relationship between a rotation speed N of the hydraulic motor 1604 and the hydraulic pressure of hydraulic oil supplied to the hydraulic motor 1604.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】埋設杭の撤去後の地盤を周辺の地盤と同等の強度、剛性に改良し、施工コストの低減を図る。【解決手段】制動羽根78が粘性が高い堆積土砂42中に位置するときに、回転速度が速い複数の第2回転羽根62と、回転速度が遅い複数の第1回転羽根76との双方により、堆積土砂42を撹拌する。制動羽根78が粘性が低い泥水44中に位置するときに、第1回転羽根76と第2回転羽根62の回転速度が一致した場合であっても、撹拌装置46を上下に移動させることで堆積土砂42を撹拌する。撹拌装置46を回転させる油圧モータ1604の回転制御を、予め互いに性状が異なる複数種類の堆積土砂42のそれぞれに対応して作成された、油圧モータ1604の回転速度Nと油圧モータ1604に供給される作動油の油圧との相関関係を示すマップに基づいて油圧が油圧モータ1604に定められた許容範囲の上限値近傍でかつ上限値を超えないように行なう。【選択図】図2
