COMPACTION QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM AND COMPACTION QUALITY CONTROL METHOD USING AUTOMATIC OPERATION OF VIBRATORY ROLLERS
To provide both automatic operation of a vibratory roller and construction quality control at the same time in compaction work using vibratory rollers.SOLUTION: A compaction quality control system comprises: travel route information acquisition means 110 for acquiring travel route information of a vibratory roller; current position information acquisition means 120 for acquiring current position information of the vibratory roller; difference information acquisition means 130 for acquiring difference information between the current position and a planned travel route; travel control means 160 for controlling the travel of the vibratory roller based on the difference information; turbulence rate acquisition means 140 for acquiring an acceleration change of the vibratory roller as a turbulence rate of a frequency spectrum; ground rigidity/compaction density estimation means 150 for estimating ground rigidity or compaction density of a ground to be compacted based on the relationship between the turbulence rate and the ground rigidity or compaction density; and compaction end instruction means 170 that gives an instruction to end compaction when a prescribed end condition is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
