To provide a soundproof material for a ventilation port that can be easily provided in a ventilation unit, ensure a ventilation path of a proper size and have an excellent ventilation effect, improve a soundproof effect while ensuring an opening are, be adapted to various ventilation ports by adjusting the entire length, and correspond to the magnitude of nose.SOLUTION: A plurality of annular discs 1 is overlapped to configure a cylindrical body 3 that has a ventilation path 2 inside. Projecting portions 1a provided in the inside of the respective annular discs 1 are shifted to be partially overlapped, thereby forming a step-shaped twisting portion 2a in the ventilation path 2. The projecting portions 1a are provided in at least one place on an inner periphery of each annular disc 1 or at plural places at equal intervals.
