EFFLUENT PROCESSING METHOD AND EFFLUENT PROCESSING APPARATUS FOR GREASE TRAP
To efficiently make an oil and fat content in an effluent into a soap solution.SOLUTION: An effluent processing method comprises pumping up an effluent B in a grease trap A by means of a submersible pump 2 and, simultaneously therewith, stirring and mixing the effluent B and a saponifier H introduced into the submersible pump 2 so as to form a soap solution. An effluent processing apparatus comprises: the submersible pump 2 disposed in the effluent B in a grease trap A; the saponifier H; and a control unit 4; where the control unit 4 allows automatic control of operation timing and operating time period of the submersible pump 2 and automatic control of introduction timing and an introduced amount of the saponifier H. The vertical submersible pump 2 is horizontally oriented and disposed in an oil and fat content E of the effluent B so as to allow mainly the oil and fat content E in the effluent B to be stirred and mixed. A collection container 3 is placed in the effluent B, the oil and fat content E in the effluent B is collected in the collection container 3, and the collected oil and fat content E can be stirred and mixed with the saponifier H in the submersible pump 2 in the collection container 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 排液中の油脂分を効率良く石鹸液にする。【解決手段】 排液処理方法は、グリストラップＡ内の排液Ｂを水中ポンプ２で汲み上げながら、その排液Ｂ又は水中ポンプ２に投入した鹸化剤Ｈと攪拌混合して石鹸液にする方法である。排液処理装置は、グリストラップＡ内の排液Ｂ内に配置された水中ポンプ２と、鹸化剤Ｈと制御部４を備え、制御部４で水中ポンプ２の稼働タイミング、稼働時間、鹸化剤Ｈの投入タイミング、投入量を自動制御できるようにしたものである。縦型の水中ポンプ２を横向きにして排液Ｂの油脂分Ｅ中に配置して、主として排液Ｂ中の油脂分Ｅを攪拌混合できるようにした。排液Ｂ中に回収容器３を入れて、回収容器３内にとして排液Ｂ中の油脂分Ｅを回収し、回収した油脂分Ｅを回収容器３内の水中ポンプ２で鹸化剤Ｈと攪拌混合できるようにした。【選択図】 図１
