CONCRETE FILLING JIG AND CONCRETE FILLING METHOD
To provide a concrete filling jig or the like capable of suitably performing the dropping and filling of concrete.SOLUTION: When a concrete 12 is dropped and filled in a steel pipe 11, the concrete 12 is discharged from a pipe body 41 of a jig 4 toward an inner surface 110 on an opening 112 side of the steel pipe 11 so that the concrete 12 flows down along the inner surface 110. The pipe body 41 is inserted into the steel pipe 11 from the opening 112 of the steel pipe 11, and is bent downward in a substantially arc shape in the steel pipe 11. The pipe body 41 has a substantially circular radial cross-section, and a distal end surface 411 of a bent part 410 faces the inner surface 110. The distal end surface 411 has a shape obtained by cutting the pipe body 41 in a direction inclined with respect to the radial direction. When the vertical cross section is viewed, a distal end 414 on the outer peripheral side of the bent part 410 is located closer to the inner surface 110 than a distal end 413 on the inner peripheral side of the bent part 410.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】コンクリートの落し込み充填を好適に行うことのできるコンクリート充填用治具等を提供する。【解決手段】鋼管11内でコンクリート12の落し込み充填を行う際に、治具4の管体41から鋼管11の開口112側の内面110に向けてコンクリート12を吐出させ、コンクリート12が内面110を伝って流れ落ちるようにする。管体41は、鋼管11の開口112から鋼管11内に挿入され、鋼管11内で略円弧状に下方に折れ曲がる。管体41は略円形の径方向断面を有し、折れ曲がり部分410の先端面411が内面110に対向する。先端面411は、管体41を径方向に対し傾斜した方向に切取った形となっており、鉛直方向の断面を見た時に、折れ曲がり部分410の外周側の先端414は、折れ曲がり部分410の内周側の先端413よりも内面110に近い位置にある。【選択図】図2
