To provide a concrete filling management system and a concrete filling management method capable of detecting a defective place of concrete filling in a formwork when filling concrete and being processed properly.SOLUTION: A concrete filling management system comprises: a formwork assembled so as to form a concrete filling space at one face side; a plurality of sensors attached to the other face side of the formwork and monitoring a state of the concrete in the formwork; and a management device detecting a state of the concrete in the filling space based on detection results of the plurality of sensors when filling the concrete into the filling space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
