To provide a ventilation member unit having predetermined water-tight performance and predetermined ventilation performance without a structure of a top surface cover.SOLUTION: A ventilation member unit has a ventilation member 10 forming a front surface opening 11A and a rear surface opening 12A, and a wind and rain guide plate 20 opposed to the front surface opening 11A; a lower surface part 14 of the ventilation member 10 is extended further to an eaves edge side from a front surface lower end 11d and connected to a guide plate lower end 20d of the wind and rain guide plate 20; in a front surface part 11, a front surface hanging part 11B is formed between a front surface opening upper end 11Au of the front surface opening 11A and a front surface upper end 11u, and a front surface opening lower end 11Ad of the front surface opening 11A is brought to the front surface lower end 11d; in a back surface part 12, a back surface rising part 12B is formed between a back surface opening lower end 12Ad of the rear surface opening 12A and a rear surface lower end 12d; by attaching the top surface covers 81,82 to an upper surface part 13, the upper surface part 13 is covered by the top surface covers 81,82, and a ventilation passage is formed between the rear surface opening 12A and an opening part 5 formed in a sheathing roof board 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】天面カバーの構造によることなく所定の水密性能と所定の換気性能とを備える換気部材ユニットを提供すること。【解決手段】前面開口11A及び背面開口12Aを形成する通気部材10と、前面開口11Aに対向させた風雨誘導板20とを有し、通気部材10の下面部14を、前面下端11dより更に軒先側に延出して風雨誘導板20の誘導板下端20dに接続し、前面部11には、前面開口11Aの前面開口上端11Auと前面上端11uとの間に、前面垂下部11Bを形成し、前面開口11Aの前面開口下端11Adを前面下端11dに至らせ、背面部12には、背面開口12Aの背面開口下端12Adと背面下端12dとの間に、背面立上部12Bを形成し、上面部13に天面カバー81、82を取り付けることで、天面カバー81、82によって、上面部13が覆われるとともに、背面開口12Aと野地板3に形成した開口部5との間で換気通路が形成される。【選択図】 図1
