UNDERPINNING METHOD
To provide an underpinning method allowing a construction to withstand much more horizontal force generated upon an earthquake by introducing prestress to reaction steels.SOLUTION: An underpinning method adjusting differential settlement by forming reaction steel pipes 13 as press-inserting a plurality of steel pipes 13 with a joint 12 in the ground under a building or a construction with the differential settlement and receiving reaction force from the ground through the reaction steel pipes 13, comprises steps of: inserting a tension member 15 in the reaction steel pipe 13 from a top part of the reaction steel pipe 13 press-inserted in the ground and engaging a lower end part of the tension member 15 to a lower engaging part 14 arranged on the steel pipe 13 of the lower part of the reaction steel pipe 13; and engaging an upper part of the tension member 15 on an upper engaging part 18 arranged on an upper part of the steel pipe 13 of the reaction steel pipe 13 in a state tension is applied on the tension member 15 by pulling the tension member 15, to introduce prestress to the reaction steel 13. After deployment, the reaction steel 13 pipes are recovered by pulling out the reaction steels 15 with a hoist machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】反力鋼管にプレストレスを導入して、地震時に発生する水平力に対してより一層対抗できるアンダーピニング工法を提供する。【解決手段】不同沈下を生じた建物や構造物を、その下部地盤中に複数の鋼管13を継手12を介して接続しながら圧入して反力鋼管13を形成し、反力鋼管13を介して地盤から反力を得て不同沈下を修正するアンダーピニング工法において、地盤中に圧入した反力鋼管13の頭部から引張材15を反力鋼管13内に挿入し、引張材15の下端部を反力鋼管13の下部の鋼管13に設けた下部係止部14に係止する工程と、引張材15を引っ張り、引張材15に引張力を付与した状態で、反力鋼管13の上部の鋼管13に設置した上部係止部18に引張材15の上部を係止する工程を具備し、反力鋼管13にプレストレスを導入することを特徴とする。供用後、引張材15を揚上機により引いて、反力鋼管13を引抜き回収することができる。【選択図】図1
