LAMINATION SHEET FOR FORMWORK AND FORMWORK MOUNTING THE SAME
To provide a lamination sheet for concrete formwork which can make a surface of placed concrete a flat surface which is smooth and free from pinholes, pits and the like, and which has excellent water absorbing property and drainage property.SOLUTION: In a lamination sheet 10 for concrete formwork, a surface layer 10a coming into contact with placed concrete and a rear surface 10b as a drainage layer are laminated by thermal fusion. The surface layer is a nonwoven sheet constituted only by core sheath type fiber holding a hydrophilic agent in a gap of the fiber. Also, in a formwork for concrete placing in which the lamination sheet for concrete formwork is mounted on a formwork 30, the surface layer is a nonwoven sheet constituted only by core sheath type fiber holding a hydrophilic agent in a gap of the fiber, and the surface layer is mounted on the formwork so as to come into contact with the surface of the concrete to be placed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打設コンクリートの表面を、平滑で、ピンホール、アバタ等の無い平坦面とし得る吸水性及び排水性に優れたコンクリート型枠用積層シートを提供する。【解決手段】打設コンクリートに当接する表層１０ａと排水層としての裏層１０ｂとが熱圧着により積層されたコンクリート型枠用積層シート１０であって、表層は、その繊維の隙間に親水剤を保有した芯鞘型繊維のみで構成された不織布シートである。また、前記コンクリート型枠用積層シートを、型枠３０に取り付けたコンクリート打設用型枠であって、表層は、その繊維の隙間に親水剤を保有した芯鞘型繊維のみで構成された不織布シートであり、表層が、打設するコンクリートの表面に当接するように型枠に取り付けられたものである。【選択図】図１
