To cast a concrete structure which does not require a form release agent, greatly improves work efficiency during form releasing, and has a flat surface.SOLUTION: A formwork sheet 10 is a sheet-like laminate in which a water absorbing layer 11 with water absorption properties and a drainage layer 12 that discharges water from the water absorbing layer 11 to the outside are laminated. The water absorbing layer 11 is a sheet-like film that comes into contact with a concrete mixture before curing, absorbs surplus water (moisture) in the concrete mixture, and discharges the surplus water to the drainage layer 12. The water absorbing layer 11 has at the same time both a smoothing function of smoothing the surface of a concrete structure obtained by hardening the concrete mixture with which the surface is in contact without fluffing and a detaching function that allows the cured concrete structure to be easily detached without sticking to the water absorbing layer 11 at de-forming, and the detaching function is especially excellent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
