INSTALLATION METHOD OF GALVANIC ANODE MATERIAL
To efficiently fill a back fill material into a cover of an electrochemical corrosion prevention unit when installing the unit on a concrete surface.SOLUTION: An electrochemical corrosion prevention unit is installed on a concrete surface, the unit comprising: a plate-shaped galvanic anode material; a cover forming a space three-dimensionally surrounding the galvanic anode material by a concrete surface and the inner surface of the cover; a metallic rod material supporting the galvanic anode material and the cover, and having one end which can be detachably coupled to an anchor; and a back fill material being filled in the space. The electrochemical corrosion prevention unit is installed in such a manner that an anchor hole is provided in a bottom face of a construction hole which is drilled in the concrete surface or in the concrete surface in the vicinity of the construction hole, then one end of the metallic rod material is fastened to the anchor hole, and the cover into which the back fill material is put in an extra banking state, is moved toward the concrete surface until being closed by the concrete surface, then an excessive amount of the back fill material is leaked from a gap between the cover and the concrete surface during the movement of the cover, then the cover is fixed to the metallic rod material at a position where movement of the cover is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】コンクリート表面に電気化学的防食ユニットを設置する際の、ユニットのカバー内へのバックフィル材の充填作業を効率化する。【解決手段】コンクリート表面に、板状の流電陽極材と、コンクリート表面と自らの内面によって流電陽極材を立体的に包囲する空間を形成するカバーと、流電陽極材ならびにカバーを支持し、一端部がアンカーに着脱可能な金属製棒材と、空間を埋めるバックフィル材とを有する電気化学的防食ユニットを設置するにあたり、コンクリート表面に削孔した施工孔の底面または施工孔の近傍のコンクリート表面にアンカー孔を設け、アンカー孔に金属製棒材の一端部を固着し、バックフィル材を余盛状態にして入れたカバーを、前記コンクリート表面で塞がれるまでコンクリート表面に向けて移動させ、その間にカバーとコンクリート表面との隙間からバックフィル材の余剰分を漏出させ、カバーの移動が完了した位置でカバーを金属製棒材に固定する。【選択図】図9
