To provide an interior wall device, an interior wall structure and an interior wall construction method capable of improving construction property.SOLUTION: An interior wall device 1 comprises: a panel body 10 in which a face material 19 is fixed to at least one face in a panel thickness direction of a metal core material 11 with a four-side frame shape so that an upper end face 19a is on the same plane as an upper end face 11a of the core material; a lower end fixing member 20 which is long in a panel width direction, which is provided with an upwardly opening reception groove 21 to be engaged with a lower end portion 14 of the panel body, and which is fixed to a floor side; and an upper end fixing member 24 having a flat face-shaped lower face 24a disposed so as to be positioned above a lower face 4a of a ceiling panel 4 and to which an upper end portion 10a of the panel body is fixed in a state in which the upper end face of the panel body faces the lower face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
