To provide an opening/closing body and a manufacturing method of the opening/closing body capable of enhancing fire prevention performance.SOLUTION: An opening/closing body 20, which constitutes a fire door 1 provided in an opening 3 of a building, includes: a core material 30; and a warpage suppressing part 70 for suppressing the occurrence of warpage of the core material 30, the warpage suppressing part 70 having at least one or more elongated first warpage suppressing members 80 provided substantially in a first direction, which is a direction substantially along the facing surface of the core material 30, and at least one or more elongated second warpage suppressing members 90 provided substantially in a second direction, which is a direction different from the first direction and substantially along the facing surface of the core material 30, the at least one or more elongated first warpage suppressing members 80 and the at least one or more elongated second warpage suppressing members 90 being connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
