To allow a panel member to be replaced without removing wires.SOLUTION: In an installation structure 11 in which a plate-shaped panel member 30 extending vertically and in a traveling direction to intercept sound from a road is installed between support posts 20 erected at prescribed intervals in the traveling direction on both sides of the road, wire insertion holes 20d for passing support post rotation prevention wires 2 for connecting the support posts 20, are formed on an upper part of web plates 20b of the support posts 20. A metal fitting mounting part 30a for detachably attaching a wire threading metal fitting 40 having a wire through hole 40a for passing the support post rotation prevention wires 2 is provided on an upper part of the panel member 30. The wire threading metal fitting 40 is formed with a wire threading notch 40b which is continuous with the wire through hole 40a and can guide the support post rotation prevention wire 2 to the wire through hole 40a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
