To provide a floor structure, a building, and a beam, that can secure sufficient underfloor space for facility inspection or piping installation.SOLUTION: Provided is a floor structure 1 comprising a footing beam 10, a floor beam 20, and a floor slab 30, wherein the floor beam 20 is supported by being bridged between a footing beam 10 and a footing beam 10 facing the footing beam 10, and at least one end part 30a of the floor slab 30 is supported by the floor beam 20. The floor beam 20 includes a main body part 21 which projects upward than a height of a top end 10a of the footing beam 10, and floor support parts 22, 23 which project toward a horizontal direction at a position lower than a top end 21t of the floor beam 20. At least the one end part 30a of the floor slab 30 is supported by the floor support parts 22, 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
