To provide a support device for facilitating a layout of a deck plate in a design of a composite slab.SOLUTION: A material layout support device 1 comprises an acquisition unit 11 for acquiring slab information, a classification reception unit 12 for accepting a specification of classification information of a deck plate, a layout direction reception unit 13 for accepting a specification of a first direction and a second direction along a long direction and a short direction of the deck plate respectively, which are directions for allocating the deck plates, a layout region reception unit 14 for accepting a specification of a layout region of the deck plate, a deck plate layout unit 15 for allocating the deck plate to the layout region according to a direction of the deck plate and a material information output unit 20 for outputting deck plate layout information including at least a quantity of the deck plates calculated based on a width in the short direction of the deck plate and a length along the second direction in the layout region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
