To provide a layout support device capable of presenting a floor layout suitable for actual application and information on a design.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, a layout support device includes an evaluation index calculation part, an application condition determination part, and a design similarity determination part. The evaluation index calculation part calculates a value of an evaluation index about application of an object area in each floor layout of the object area. The application condition determination part determines whether an application condition about the application of the object area is satisfied on the basis of the value of the evaluation index in each floor layout. The design similarity determination part determines the existence/nonexistence of a similar design about a floor layout determined to satisfy the application condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 実際の運用に適するフロアレイアウトと、意匠に関する情報とを提示することのできるレイアウト支援装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 実施形態によれば、レイアウト支援装置は、評価指標算出部と、運用条件判定部と、意匠類似度判定部とを具備する。評価指標算出部は、対象エリアのフロアレイアウトごとに、対象エリアの運用に関する評価指標の値を算出する。運用条件判定部は、対象エリアの運用に関する運用条件が満たされるか否かを、評価指標の値に基づいてフロアレイアウトごとに判定する。意匠類似度判定部は、運用条件を満たすと判定されたフロアレイアウトについて類似意匠の有無を判定する。【選択図】 図２
