To provide a building skeleton supporting a horizontal structure on multiple columns with extended supporting spans of an upper layer side horizontal structure supported on an upper surface of a lower layer horizontal structure supported on a column head.SOLUTION: In a building skeleton having multiple columns 2 and a horizontal structure 3 supported on the columns 2, a lower layer horizontal structure 30L having an area larger than a horizontal sectional area of the columns 2 is supported on the columns 2, and an upper layer side horizontal structure having an area larger than the area of the lower layer horizontal structure 30L is placed on an upper face of the lower layer horizontal structure 30L except corner parts and end parts. 【課題】複数の柱に水平構造体を支持させた建物躯体において、柱頭部に支持された下層水平構造体の上面に支持される上層側水平構造体の支持スパンを大きくする。【解決手段】複数の柱２と、当該柱２に支持される水平構造体３とを備えた建物躯体において、柱２に、当該柱２の水平方向断面積よりも大きい面積を有する下層水平構造体３０Ｌが支持されており、その下層水平構造体３０Ｌの上面に、当該下層水平構造体３０Ｌの面積よりも大きい面積を有する上層側水平構造体が、隅部及び端部以外の部分で載せられている。複数の柱２に、下層水平構造体３０Ｌが架け渡されている。【選択図】図１
