BUILDING INSULATION UNIT AND CURTAIN WALL
To prevent deterioration of a heat insulating function, to improve environmental performance, and to improve appearance and visibility from the indoor side in a well-balanced manner.SOLUTION: In a curtain wall 1, a glass panel is supported by a frame body 12 to constitute an outer wall part of a building, and a vision part 2 and a spandrel part 3 are provided. The spandrel part 3 is provided with a spandrel part glass panel 31 arranged on the outdoor side, and a heat insulating unit 4 arranged on the indoor side of the spandrel part glass panel 31. The heat insulating unit 4 is provided with a plate-like vacuum heat insulating material 41, and a pair of hard panels 42, 43 sandwiching the vacuum heat insulating material 41 from the indoor outer surface. Between the pair of hard panels 42, 43, a region where the vacuum heat insulating material 41 is arranged is formed in a vacuum state, and the indoor side hard panel 43 provides the curtain wall having fire resistance performance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
