To provide a lock handle device provided with a pair of inner and outer operation handles which prevent a lock engaging member from projecting to a position where it can be engaged with a lock receiver during door opening.SOLUTION: This lock handle device comprises: a locking member (28) that is moved integrally with a slide bar (33) slid about the axial center of a handle rotary shaft (31) and biased by biasing means (35) in an axial direction and rotated integrally with a cylindrical member (12); and trigger conversion mechanisms (20, 60) for converting operations of trigger operation members (21, 61) provided to a pair of operation handles (15, 55) into movement in the axial direction of the slide bar (33) against the biasing force of the biasing means (35). At the locking position (Pc) or the unlocking position (Po) of the operation handles (15, 55), the locking member (28) is locked with locked parts (11ac, 11ao) of a pedestal (11) by the biasing means (35) to be restricted for rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
