To provide a handle lock device which can add and reinforce a function later.SOLUTION: A handle lock device includes a bottomed cylindrical sleeve part, a shaft part 3 which is inserted into the sleeve part and is held on the sleeve part in an extendable or retractable manner, a first hook part 5 which is arranged at the tip on a side opposite to the sleeve part of the shaft part 3 and is engaged with the handle from inside, a second hook part which is arranged in the sleeve part and is engaged with the handle from the inside, and a fixation part for fixing the sleeve part and the shaft part 3 in an engagement state where the first hook part 5 and the second hook part are engaged with the handle, wherein in the engagement state, the sleeve part projects to the outside of the handle, the first hook part 5 is detachable from the shaft part 3, and the shaft part 3 has a hollow part 11 opened to the side of the first hook part 5. Thereby, the hollow part 11 is filled with a functional substance, and thereby a function can be added and reinforced to the shaft part 3 later.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】後からでも機能を付加、強化することができるハンドルロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】ハンドルロック装置は、有底筒状体のスリーブ部と、スリーブ部に挿通するとともに伸縮自在に保持される軸部３と、軸部３のスリーブ部と反対側の先端に配され、ハンドルに内側から係合する第１フック部５と、スリーブ部に配されハンドルに内側から係合する第２フック部と、第１フック５部と第２フック部とがハンドルに係合する係合状態でスリーブ部と軸部３とを固定する固定部とを備え、係合状態において、スリーブ部はハンドルの外側に突出しており、第１フック部５は軸部３から着脱自在であり、軸部３は第１フック部５側に開口する中空部１１を有する。これにより、中空部１１に機能物を埋め込むことで、後から軸部３に機能を付加、強化することができる。【選択図】図２
