GUARD FENCE STRUCTURE OF INCLINATION TYPE MELTING FURNACE AND INCLINATION TYPE MELTING FURNACE FACILITY
To enable the performance of a safe operation in the vicinity of a melting furnace in an operation stage of an inclination operation stand upon non-inclination of the melting furnace, and also, to safely enable a wait at a position off from the operation stage of the inclination operation stand without giving troubles to the inclination operation of the melting furnace upon inclination of the melting furnace.SOLUTION: In the peripheral region of the inclination operation stand 2 of a stationary operation stand 3, a confronted circumferential region on the side far from the inclination fulcrum SP of the inclination operation stand 2 and a guard fence 5 installed so as to surround the circumferential regions on both the sides adjacent thereto are comprised. The guard fence 5 comprises a stationary guard fence 6 installed in the stationary operation stand 3 and a movable guard fence 7 moving forward/backward to the stationary operation stand 3 while maintaining a linkage state to the stationary guard fence 6. The movable guard fence 7 retreats to a retreat position P0 located in the stationary operation stand 3 upon inclination of the inclination operation stand 2, progresses to a progression position P1 located in an operation stage ST upon non-inclination of the inclination operation stand 2 and partitions a space with the side region of the melting furnace 1 in the operation stage ST.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溶解炉非傾動時には傾動作業台の作業ステージ内の溶解炉付近で安全な作業を実施可能とし、かつ、溶解炉傾動時には、溶解炉の傾動動作に支障を与えることなく、傾動作業台の作業ステージから外れた位置で安全に待機可能にする。【解決手段】固定作業台3の傾動作業台2の周辺領域のうち傾動作業台2の傾動支点SPから離れた側の対向周辺領域及びこれに隣接する両側方周辺領域を取り囲むように設置される防護柵5を備え、防護柵5には、固定作業台3に設置される固定防護柵6と、固定防護柵6に連接した状態を保ちながら固定作業台3に対して進退可能に移動する可動防護柵7とを具備させ、可動防護柵7は、傾動作業台2傾動時には固定作業台3に位置する退避位置P0に退避し、傾動作業台2非傾動時には作業ステージST内に位置する進出位置P1に進出し、作業ステージSTのうち溶解炉1側領域との間を仕切るものである。【選択図】図1
